Tell us enough to run a conflicts check and decide whether we can help. Please hold everything else back until we confirm we can.

Send a message

A short description of the matter and who is involved is enough to start. If a deadline is running, say so — it changes what happens next.

Please review “Before You Write” below prior to sending.

By submitting this form you are not becoming a client, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. We may already represent someone with interests adverse to yours, and we cannot treat unsolicited information as confidential.

Before you write

Two things worth knowing first.

Send less than you want to. A first message should say what kind of matter it is, who the parties are, and whether anything is on a clock. That is enough to check for conflicts and tell you whether this is a firm that can act.

Detailed facts, documents and privileged material should wait. Until the firm has confirmed it can consider the matter, information sent here may not be treated as confidential — and if the firm turns out to be adverse to you, having received it can create a problem for everyone.

If something is genuinely urgent, call. A regulator’s deadline, a hearing date or a filing that runs out this week is not a form-and-wait situation. The telephone number is above and it reaches the firm directly.
